Philodendron Sunlight

The Philodendron Sunlight is a easy-care houseplant known for its fresh green and red-coloured foliage and elegant growth habit. 

Philodendrons originate from the tropical regions of Central and South America, where they naturally grow in warm, humid forests. Many species are adapted to growing under the canopy of tropical forests, which explains their preference for warmth, humidity and bright but indirect light.

Pot diameter: 11 cm. 

Care

Water: Allow the top layer of soil to dry out slightly between waterings. Water thoroughly, but avoid leaving the plant in standing water. Overwatering can lead to root problems.

Light: Place your Philodendron Sunlight in a bright spot with plenty of indirect light. Avoid prolonged exposure to intense direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves.

Temperature: Keep the plant in a warm indoor environment, ideally between 18–27°C. Protect it from cold drafts and temperatures below approximately 15°C.

Feeding: Feed every 4–6 weeks during spring and summer with a balanced liquid houseplant fertiliser. Reduce feeding during autumn and winter when growth naturally slows down.
