Shipping policy

Free Shipping with a purchase over €69 (Netherlands), and free shipping for over €95 in the EU.

• Free in Store Pickup: Amsterdam - Haarlemmerdijk 26; Leiden - Haarlemmerstraat 190
• Plants: all plants can be shipped within the EU (with the exception of the large bonsai). You can ask for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with the condition of the plant.
• Shipping time for Plants and Gifts: we ship the products with Postnl, DPD or DHL. We usually process the order within 2-3 days. If you want the order to arrive sooner or on a specific date, let us know through email.
  If you live outside of the Netherlands, please allow extra shipping time. 
  
• Outside of the Netherlands: higher shipping rate will be calculated at check out (often around €9,95). The minimum order for free shipping is €95 for customers in the EU.

The shipping cost will be calculated when you check out. It is about 5,95 euros for Dutch customers.
