Care

Light: The Zamioculcas zamiifolia prefers a bright to partially shaded position. It can tolerate lower light conditions, although growth may be slower. Avoid prolonged exposure to intense direct sunlight, as this can scorch the leaves.

Water: Allow the soil to dry out well between waterings. Water thoroughly, then allow excess water to drain away. Avoid overwatering, as the plant stores water in its thick stems and underground rhizomes and is sensitive to waterlogged soil. During the cooler months, it generally requires less water.

Temperature: The Zamioculcas zamiifolia prefers a warm indoor environment, ideally between 18–25°C. Protect it from cold draughts and temperatures below 15°C. Keep it away from heaters and other sources of dry heat.
