Free Local Delivery over €69 in Amsterdam. If you live in Amsterdam, but do not see the option of “local delivery” during checkout, contact us with the website live chat. You can also email us here: info@avalonamsterdam.com. Price for delivery is €5 for orders under €69.
Free in Store Pickup: Singel 281 (the 9 streets/Dam square)

Plants: all plants can be shipped within the EU (with the exception of the large bonsai). You can ask for an exchange or refund if you are not satisfied with the condition of the plant.
Shipping time for Plants and Gifts: we ship the products with DPD or DHL. We usually process the order as soon as we receive it and the delivery time would be 2-3 business days. Please expect a slightly delay if you have placed the order before the weekend since the postal service does not operate on Sundays.
If you live outside of the Netherlands, please allow extra shipping time.

Outside of the Netherlands: higher shipping rate will be calculated at check out (often around €9,95). The minimum order for free shipping is €95 for customers in the EU.
